Pastor Shawn Varwig
Associate Pastor, Youth and Media Ministries

Pastor Shawn has been on staff since February of 2008, overseeing the Youth and Media Ministries at LOCC. Shawn has been married to Pastor Jessica for two years and they are expecting their first child, a daughter in September of 2010. Shawn earned a certificate of Biblical Studies in 1998 from Covenant Bible College and a certificate of Computer Application in 2001 from Business Computer Training Institute. Currently he is enrolled in Berean courses working towards his credentialing with the Assemblies of God. Shawn and Jessica have a passion of watching teenagers give their lives to Jesus. In his spare time, Shawn enjoys working in the yard and watching home improvement tv shows. He has a knack for daydreaming, so if you ever see him with a glazed over look on his face or smoke coming out of his ears, he is probably trying to figure out how to do something in his head.
